These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, digital products, podcasts, newsletters, and creative content produced under the Go Go Captain™ brand network, which includes:

By using or subscribing to any part of the Go Go Captain™ ecosystem, you agree to these Terms.
If you don’t agree — we still wish you clarity, but please don’t use the site or its services.

1. Who We Are

Go Go Captain™ is a digital publication, creative studio, and education platform led by Anna Thundergun.
We publish original essays, podcasts, systems, and frameworks designed to help people lead loud, build clean, and stay human.
Our ecosystem spans entertainment, education, empowerment, and creative leadership development.

2. What You Can Do (and Can’t)

You’re encouraged to:

• Read, listen, and share our public work — with attribution.

• Subscribe, comment, and join community conversations.

• Use our frameworks and ideas for inspiration in your own growth.

You can’t:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute paid content, templates, or newsletters.

• Present our work (or any part of our ecosystem) as your own.

• Use our logos, names, or likeness for commercial purposes without written permission.

Simply put: we share generously — just don’t steal.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer free, paid, and founding memberships through Substack and other platforms.
All payments are processed through Stripe under their secure systems.

If you subscribe to a paid tier, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.
We don’t issue automatic refunds, but if something’s wrong, reach out at [email protected] — we believe in human conversations before policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All written, visual, and audio content — including systems, frameworks, designs, names, and programs — are protected under copyright and trademark law.
This includes content from Go Go Captain™, This Meeting Is Bullsh*t, The Angry Strategist, The Unmuted Woman, MOTHERmarketer, See You Next Tuesday, and all sub-brands.

You may quote or reference material with proper credit and a link back. Unauthorized use or resale may result in termination or legal action.

5. Community Guidelines

We welcome rebellion, wit, and strong opinions — but not cruelty.
Our community thrives on curiosity, humor, and respect.

Please avoid:

• Harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.

• Spam, self-promotion, or “bro-marketing” energy.

• Sharing paid or private content outside its intended space.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from our platforms — no drama, just boundaries.

Go Go Captain™ content is educational and entertainment-based.
We don’t provide medical, legal, or financial advice — just frameworks, humor, and perspective.
You’re responsible for how you apply the ideas shared across our brands.
