These Terms of Service (”Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, digital products, podcasts, newsletters, and content produced under the GO! GO! CAPTAIN™ brand, which includes:

By using or subscribing to any part of GO! GO! CAPTAIN™, you agree to these Terms.

If you don’t agree—fair enough. But don’t use the site or its services.

1. Who We Are

GO! GO! CAPTAIN™ is a digital publication and leadership platform led by.

We publish essays, frameworks, podcasts, and systems designed to help people lead, build, and ship—without the burnout, borrowed strategy, or bullsh*t.

2. What You Can Do (and Can’t)

You’re encouraged to:

• Read, listen, and share public work—with attribution

• Subscribe, comment, and join conversations

• Use frameworks and ideas to fuel your own growth

You can’t:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute paid content, templates, or newsletters

• Present our work as your own

• Use our logos, names, or likeness commercially without written permission

Share generously. Don’t steal. Simple.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer free, paid, and founding memberships through Substack.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

If you subscribe to a paid tier, you authorize recurring billing until canceled. We don’t issue automatic refunds—but if something’s wrong, reach out at [email protected]. We believe in conversations before policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All written, visual, and audio content—including systems, frameworks, designs, names, and programs—are protected under copyright and trademark law.

This includes content from GO! GO! CAPTAIN™, The Captain’s Log, THIS MEETING IS BULLSH*T, THE ANGRY STRATEGIST, See You Next Tuesday, and GGC Notes.

Quote or reference with proper credit and a link back. Unauthorized use or resale may result in termination or legal action.

5. Community Guidelines

We welcome sharp opinions and direct conversation—not cruelty.

Avoid:

• Harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks

• Spam, self-promotion, or hustle-bro energy

• Sharing paid or private content outside its intended space

Violation results in removal. No drama. Just boundaries.
